Hey Broni!

Actually I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling all of the network drivers and it still didn't connect, and I knew you were overwhelmed with being on your own here for a bit, so I didn't want to keep posting my annoying questions, so I did the unthinkable, but all in all I think it was the right thing to do. He had pretty much nothing on the laptop that he used except warcraft, so I did it....I formatted the drive and did a fresh install of windows. I reinstalled the drivers and warcraft, yadda yadda, and it's like a brand new laptop. I really wanted to avoid doing that but he was pressuring me to get it back and to be honest, I was about to pull my hair out. I installed antivirus and told him to be more careful! Anyway, I soooooooooo appreciate all of your help and learned a TON about the process as a result. I'm sure I'll be back because word has gotten out that I was able to fix his computer, which means more laptops will likely find their way to my desk :) Hope you have a great weekend!

You're very welcome :)

In case, someone doesn't have much valuable data on the computer, fresh installation is no doubt, the fastest way to fix anything....

Good luck :)
