You did a nice job posting the Event AND telling us what you were doing at the time of the Error. Thank you.

explorer.exe is the Windows Program Manager or Windows Explorer.
indiv02.key is a Individualized Black Box DLL belonging to Microsoft® DRM from Microsoft Corporation

Usually the indiv02.key error is seen with the WMP application. You might want to check whichever viewer you're using. Look for updates- something is hitting up against the DRM- it could be a corrupt file or folder. Look for another Error for the media player. That would give more help for this unusual combination.

One thing to check for unexplained Windows Explorer errors and crashing: Control Panel> Folder Options> View tab> be sure 'do not show hidden files and folders' is checked-- if they are not, this will cause Explorer to crash.

Anyone else can help me please?

Here's an error I get when opening one of the videos with OLD windows media player.

If you do not want me to share the additional information you gave in the Private Message, I strongly suggest you back off of this subject. I made it clear that you have the complete responsibility for your actions. The only possible way you will get help is to go through the malware cleaning, post the logs and have someone help you remove the files.
