Infected with PC-Antispyware virus and some others

Hey guys. My brother recently downloaded a virus onto my computer. Ever since he downloaded this virus I constantly get all these annoying pop ups and the computer has been running alittle slower then normal.
Ive tried removing it with AdAware and Avast however ive had no luck.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me to remove this virus.
