What do those three things have in common? Apparently they are all on my computer.

I think it has just started on my computer, and if there is a fast way to get rid of it, I would like to know.

Norton removed a file. And then I scanned again. And another of the same file was there. Just for fun, I did it again... And another of the same file was there.

It keeps copying itself, and I can't simply scan and remove the original apparently.

I've tried following the symnatec removal guide, but the Norton full scan options are not applicable,I havnt windows XP anymore (cant post links)

Erm, any help?

Welcome to TS.

The meaning of your post was not clear to me.

"Can't post links" -- Do you want to attach log files to your post in this thread? The 5-post rule is a distant memory. Just say hello to 5 others in the introductions forum.

If the meaning is reporting the browser is having trouble accessing web sites for the malware removal tools, then drop to safe mode with networking. If the re-directs blocks Techspot, then try "www.downloads.com"
