Inspiron 600m w/ Radeon Mobility 9000

Alright, I'm having one major problem. I've recently installed Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 onto the Inspiron, and when I try to play it, I get past the Logo screens (ATI, Atari, etc.) and when the game finally fades to black from the "Rollercoaster Tycoon 3" Logo... an error is returned that says something along the lines of "Failed to allocate memory..." and it goes on naming a certain file.

I'm not sure on the specs of the videocard's memory, but I know this much.

OS: Windows XP Home
Processor: Pentium M (Centrino) 1300 MHz
RAM: 256
Videocard: Radeon Mobility 9000

As for the videocard I've dug around in the device manager and can't find anything on the actual card's memory. I am running it on Omega's latest drivers for ATI (since I don't want to go through the trouble of using DHMod)

Any further information needed please post requesting as such.

Any help would be appreciated :]

EDIT: The full error returned is this:

Failed to allocate memory for structured resource : overlay 'CHARACTERS\TF\TF08_BODY_Main'
This error has also been sent to Debug.log

When I try to click cancel it continually returns this error, as well as when I click OK.
