Install XP & Vista RTM x64 on same HDD

is it possible to Install both Windows XP 32bit & Windows Vista RTM 64bit
onto a 80GB SATA2 HDD that has been Partitioned in half "2x40GB"

and have some way when i bootup the PC be able to select which OS i want to run..??

Yes, just install XP first. Vista will install its own boot loader which allows you to boot either.
