Installed 2 512 DDR Ram, Blank screen on start

Installed 2 512 DDR Ram, Blank screen on start HELP!

I just got 2 512 DDR 400 ram sticks, i put them in my comp, turned it on, and my monitor was just blank, i tried switching slots, and tried only puting one in, samething..

And what about the old RAM you used before? Did you try that already?

I just put in my old ram, and, for some reason, the monitor is still completly blank..

Also, I thought i may of screwed up my graphics card, the one im using now is a Radeon 9800 Pro 128, and i put it my old GeForce 4 Ti 4200 and that did nothing aswell
