i'm a new forum member, and i hope this is the correct forum. a colleague at my middle school began installing nortan antivirus 2012 on their son's hp g62 laptop and all of a sudden it froze and showed a disk read error occurred message. it says to press ctrl+alt+del to restart and yet that does little. i can't seem to get around this message and would really appreciate some help.
