Installing DirectX 9.0c?

Hello I found your site by googling my issue & came across a thread on your forums but I can't link to it lol & I cant reply to it because it is closed and from 2005 anyways.

Anyways I am having an issue, I can play World of Warcraft fine but when I try to play the new beta I get this error:
"World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure Direct X 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up to date."

I did update my drivers.
So i went to do as that thread suggested which was to uninstall the game and then to reinstall Direct X over its previous install. But it won't let me. It tells me that my direct x is already up to date and doesn't need to be and won't install.

What should I do then?

Look for the file d3dx9_37.dll in the following folder C:\Windows\System32
If it is not present, just download the latest Direct X9 Update for your OS.

Let me know how this goes and if that file is present.

I'll add this:
Open the 'Run' dialogue, (Windows key+R)
Type in 'dxdiag'
Hit enter.
Check through all the pages, and in the 'Display' page, in the 'DirectX' box, check if all accelerations are enabled.
Let us know how it goes.
