Installing os on 2nd hard drive

    i installed a 2nd hard drive on my computer, but i cannot access it to install a different OS then the main hard drive. Can someone please help me? i want the 2nd hard drive because some of the games my hubby palys will not work on main operating system. Have xp on main, want 98 on secondary hard drive
