Intel & AMD

pc express carries multiple brands and models.
unfortunately, not all store branch carry the same stocks. you need to go to the store yourself or email/call the particular branch near you.
pc express hotline: 725-8888 ;pc express branches list

as for my experience in the former two branches of pc express in Cebu city (now one remaining), a customer can order a pc component not available yet thru email, told to wait for a month or so, but actual order can be delivered to branch of choice in about a week.
email pcx branch during working hours for best result.
pcx prices are competitive and cheaper than other computer stores.
pc express warranty replacement is the best that I have experienced (pc express shaw-mandaluyong, long time closed pc express pioneer-mandaluyong, pc express jones-Cebu)

gaisano interpace so far offers the cheapest price but unfortunately has limited models compared to vast selection of components offered by pc express.
hard disk drives and entry level graphics cards are priced lower by 200php-500php or more.
gaisano interpace pricelist here.

newegg prices are way cheaper than the price offered by any computer store in the Philippines.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH @misor :D

Well, remember, I recommended the ASUS Z87 Pro, but you can search for others if that is not available in the Philippines. It is another option, but I think it is a better option that the uATX board Clifford recommended.

As for the GPU, you have a choice. AMD or nVidia? I think the GTX 780 will be a better choice for your applications just because nVidia driver support tends to be a bit better.

The HDD is once again your choice: WD or Seagate? You may need more than 1 HDD probably since you will need scratch drives.

The RAM that Clifford recommended (G.Skill ram) is good, but if you want another option Corsair RAM is also very good.

To top things off, you may want to get a CPU cooler such as the Hyper 212 Evo, or maybe even a watercooler like the Corsair H100. Once again, you have choices.
is the water cooler good choice? if it is what kind ?

Are there anything else this are my choices?

Yes, any standard ATX case will fit both ATX and microATX motherboards. I picked the first case that didn't look hideous to me. Lookup ATX cases and select what looks good to you. Just make sure you are not getting a microATX case if the motherboard is a standard ATX. A MicroATX motherboard will fit an ATX case but not the other way around.

@JC713 or @misor might can help, unfortunately my knowledge of monitors is very limited.

I usually just get the cheapest LG or Acer I can find. They seem to work for me as I haven't needed anything special (that is as far as I am aware).

Any Monitor Suggestions? 3 1960x1080?
3? are you planning on running Nvidia Surround or AMD eyefinity? If thats the case you really want to look for one with the smallest bezel possible which is pretty hard. I have heard good things about these monitors (I can't recommend the ones I use for it because the Bezel was thicker than I was expecting which are Hanns-G) from Acer for running in a Multi-Monitor setup.

hehehe. two 20" cheap monitors I own: LG and Acer, both at 1600x900, individually connected. I have no experience regarding dual/multiple monitors.

multiple monitor setups can be found in some display areas of octagon store, a computer store chain in the Philippines. octagon has branches in Mega Manila, Cebu City, Cagayan de Oro City, etc.

(I have visited a computer store chain in a nearby city to look for a Samsung 23" 1920x1080 series 3 gaming led monitor (2ms) but no stock available.)

Yeah thin bezel monitors are the best for multi-monitor setups. I think GR knows the most out of all of us about multi-monitor setups.

Those are recommended (what I listed) as good multi-monitor umm monitors for the specs and the fact they have pretty thin bezels. Its hard to find monitors anymore that really excel, but Acer delivers on many of their monitors and these are no exception in that category.

Your still going to get that black line between the monitors, but it will be less than what I put up with so it should not be to bad.

I can vouch for the monitors GR listed. I use two of them in conjunction with my LG ultra wide monitor. The bezels are very thin and they have pretty good displays.
