Intel pentium 4 cpu 3.06 - 3.07 ghz

my cpu fan is rediculously louad. i can hear it my computer running from even downstairs. i want to upgrade the cpu fan to the best and most quite cpu fan. what are or is the most quite intel pentium 4 cpu fan?

Right now I think the thermaltake v1 is the most quiet, it has the 14cm fan, bigger fans usually mean less noise because they dont have to turn as fast as small fans to move just as much air or even more in this case.

i tried to look for the thermaltake v1 for the Socket 478 for Intel Pentium 4 and i did not find it. do they make the v1 for the 478 socket base cpu? if yes, can someone please point me to it with a link. thanks.
