Intel(R) 82810E graphics card help

Hi my computer has a Intell(R)82810E graphics card and i want to play a Rose online www.roseonlinegame.com is the site and i was wondering if my video card would be able to run it cause all it sais is im missing some mandatory files to run it is there anyway to fix this or do i have to buy a whole new video card?

What files are supposedly missing? Did you install the Client Installation File and any game patches?

Your graphics card might not be supported but I couldn't tell for sure.
