Intergrated sound/video problems

hey guys I'm new to this forum but i have an annoying problem this comp has integrated video and sound but it refuses to recognize the integrated sound at all and whenever i install the video drivers and test them it blue screens. Then i have to reset cmos and force it to boot from the HDD.

I added the dxdiag.txt here, can someone tell me either anything compatible as for sound/video cards or how to fix this problem?

Start at the PC Chips support site (from your report, i checked A31G
= Start by reinstalling your motherboard chipset drivers
= Check then try the other drivers
= If problems persist, review any BIOS updates for your machine (to see if they might aply) and check your BIOS settings
