Internet access ok but not to websites/pages

  1. I can't access websites, that is I cannot display web pages, I have email access ok, I can download application updates from within the application and the ISP software says I am connected ok but I can't show or display web pages. I have run SpyBot S&D, Adaware and AV s/w. I have reached the end of my capabilities and patience so any help would be appreciated.

    This is the following when selecting any website and is shown when viewing the source

    I have also been through hijackthis in safe mode and removed anything I could find that I thought may be at fault so this is all that is left
