OK so i can connect to the internet fine in safe mode, no problems there. But when i run windows normaly no browser can connect. I can ping websites and get a response and most "auto update" services such as windows update can connect.
I first suspected Norton Internet Security 2006 for the odd goings on, but disabling it makes no difference, nor does uninstalling it (with the usual Norton troubles
)
Any ideas/suggesations would be appriciated, thanks in advance.
PC in question is a laptop connecting wirelessly through a router if that makes any difference. And i have done virus/spyware scans also.
