Internet connection sharing problem

    I have a problem here with internet connection sharing.

    I have two computers, each pc has one network card and they are linked thru crossover cable.

    my first computer is connected to ADSL modem thru USB cable.

    I setup a small office network, and sharing the adsl. I can see the internet gateway icon showing in my second computer.

    p/s:i'm using windows XP Pro.

    In the second computer, I have unchecked all the IE LAN settings.

    However, my second computer still cannot online. WHY?
