internet explorer add-on problem

internet explorer add-on problem every time i go to use the search bar it comes wih this message, i just install the internet security Kaspersky, couse a lot of spy ware and pop ups came out. firewall is on.
and everytime i cange in internet option for the cookies it will change back to accept all cookies why?

Click on IE tools > manage add-ons and check enable or disable add-ons. Look at the listing and disable the one that is causing you a problem.

hint: life on the Internet is entirely possible without any browser add-ons.
Add-ons typically are more problems than they are worth and seldomly provide
function that can not be performed some other means -- even though that may
take several manual steps on the users part.

Personally, I would rather have a reliable browser than one with bells and whistles
that causes me grief.
