Internet Explorer Error

hi whenever i run internet explorer it always hangs i cannot figure out the source of the problem i have already done a reinstallation of windows(didnt format it ) but still cudnt fix it this is wat it says in the event viewer

i have no clue wat that means :blackeye: lol yea any help will b appreaciated

Btw i m runnign windows xp pro wit sp2

Intel p4 1.6ghz
256 MB pc133 ram
D845GLLY mobo
Ati Radeon 9200SE PCi

try using a different internet browser. use firefox from mozilla.org .

i m already using it but some sites require active x and **** and unfortunately dont run well on firefox so yea i need iinternet explorer

when that happens in firefox, there will be a yellow bar at the top of the page with a button that should give you the option to allow the active x control to run. i forget what the button says.... it might be something like "edit options"
