Internet just shuts off

i dont know much about computers but my internet had been working fine (i was useing wireless) but then i got the brodband internet from sprint and now if i click on any links my internet just shuts off. is it a virus or is it somethig else? Someone please help?

Have you tried ringing up and explaining the issue to their customer service?

After a couple of hours on their lousy script they'll put you through to their technicians who'll have the issue sorted in 5 minutes...Either that or the modem / router is faulty

I don't have the time to do that so i was hopeing that I could find out and fixit myself but I guess I will have to just find the time to do it. I'm just glad that it's not a viruse. thank you very much for you help. I appreciate it.
