Internet keeps dropping in and out

My internet keeps dropping out, It says I am still connected to it but nothing will load and I get disconnected from my game of FIFA and its say you have Disconnected. Just after some advice and help, cheers

Try rebooting the console , along with your network modem and router. Unplug it for roughly about 30 secs replug it back in and try at it again should fix the issue if not is it possible your internet service provider maybe doing maintenance on their network somewhere near your location.
