Intro with a problem

    It's a hell of a way to induce myself but here goes.

    I'm Bob, I work on laptops as a hobby and just found the board. Looks pretty good. I'm glad I found it.

    Most the time I can stumble through the normal checks on devices, system and OS then make the repair, but I have a Dell c800 in the shop thats looking more and more like a bad MB.

    Power on green light no fan and shuts off after ten sec. Power on while holding "sys req" fan runs non stop and unit has to be unpluged to stop it.

    I disconected all devices and get the same.

    I did get it to start once out of about 100 trys, it ran great until I tryed to restart.

    Any ideas?
