""Invalid Class String" with Jetway 878 TV-Capture Card

I'm getting "Invalid Class String" when ever I start the TVR program. The program came with the Conexant Fusion 878A TV and video capture card (w/FM tuner) I recently purchased here in the Philippines. The product is from Jetway technologies but when I checked out their website to look for solutions, the specific product was not there. There were no problems nor issues during the installation of the drivers and the program.

What does "Invalid Class String" mean? Can anyone give me advice on this. Thanks.
