Does it stand for Internet Operating System or Individual Operating System or none? Just been curious.

Doesn't stand for anything. It just a marketing thing that came up when Jobs came back to Apple and things started getting the "I" branding beginning with the iMac back in 1998.

Ok - I guess the 'official' word is "I" stands for Internet, but also represents "individuality" and "innovation". Apple haters would probably laugh at that now, but like I said above (before I looked it up) that it doesn't stand for anything now it is just a marketing thing at this point - a carry over from the past. In 98 with the iMac, then in 2007? with the iPhone and iOS they were innovative at least. The walk away from that has begun with the watch being called Apple Watch rather than iWatch (and perhaps began even earlier with the Apple TV).
