hey I have a buddy that has the following setup
cable internet to a netgear wireless router to 3com switch to computers and printers
know for this one printer (aficio cl5000) that keeps on losing its ip every time we send a test print or any print. We turn it on and use the PING command it pings it fine but then after we try to print it times out. It drops the ip from the netgear. But all of the other PCs and printers work fine. Also after the ping when i check the netgear to see what IPs are in use that one for the printer is gone is it the Network controller on the printer? thank
