I was hoping someone would be able to help me understand IP mapping. I am installing DC++ and I am not sure what IP Country mapping is and if I should install it. Can anyone help? Thank you.

sorry but What is DC++?

I assume the by IP you mean Internet Protocol addressing, in which case you get an IP address from your ISP (dynamic or static) and the DNS resolves everything else. --- what are you attempting to do?
