IRQL not less or equal

Ok, i have this laptop that suddenly keeps sporadically reboting on its own, it just goes thru a continuous reboot cycle as if it had a bad case of epilipsy!!!!!, Anyway now it seems to have surpassed its fit and i have finally been able to retreive the minidump logs,

I have attached the minidump logs that were created, i even tried to do a repair to my XP install to see if may re-install any corrupted drivers but it just BSOD'd on me with the above mssg IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALE,

I will really appreciate all the help i can get with this in order to narrow the problem down.

Best to make sure that your computer is all clean first
As Malware can cause issues with drivers

this is on a completely seprate box....the other thread is for a different machine

I think it's your passworded protected Screen Saver
And I think it may be Malware too
