Hi,
I just installed more RAM for my Dell Inspiron 6000. All was going wel I thought until I got a message saying generic host process had to close. After a while I got the blue screen of death. I then tried the old memory chipbut i still get the same problem.
Could any please help me to fix the problem.

If you have minidumps in C:\Windows\minidump, zip some up and post them here.
