Is it all compatible?

This will be my first build and I want to know for sure if these parts are compatible. I got mixed results on sites like PCPartPicker and GooeyGUI.
These are the parts:

CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 3.1 GHz Dual Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing
Motherboard: Asus P8B75-M LX PLUS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB Video Card
Case: MSI TC- (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Cooler Master eXtreme Power 600W ATX12V Power Supply

I know they're not the best or high end items but im on a tight budget. I will be doing gaming for the most part. What I really want to know is if the CPU cooler is good to put on the i3 while in that case. On GooeyGUI it said that the motherboard did not support the CPU Cooler but on PCPartPicker it said there were no compatibility issues.
Thank you for your time.

You don't need CPU cooler, use the boxed one. Save the money and get a 2x 4GB RAM kit instead. This will help you a lot more in games.

I think its pointless to get an aftermarket CPU cooler with an i3, I would recommend ditching it and investing the savings on the GPU. just my 10 cents.
