Is my computer clean and safe?

  1. I had a virus on my other computer that we are working on now.
I got the BSOD on the other computer, but not this one. Before the other one went to bsod and became unuseable, i put a flash drive in it to save some info. I used the same usb flash drive on both of them. I started to recieve the same anti-virus purchase pop up on this computer. the same pirating anti-virus scam as the other computer before the crash. Can viruses be passed to usb flash drives just by it being plugged in and nothing being downloaded but a word doc?

This computer is a gateway e-2000 series, windows xp home, the other is a dell. this computer never made it to bsod. i reinstall windows right after the anti-virus pop up. I am still worried a little.

Can you please see if i am clean and safe? here are my logs. 8 step done.
    thank you guys so much.

Since you reinstalled Windows, I see no reason to worry.
    All looks clean :)
Make sure, you format that USB stick.
