Is there any fix or any webpage is available for verifying the net fluctuvations

Dear Team,

As I am working in technical support while I connect the customers they are saying that sir my net connection is fine using bsnl router like that but ammyy remote connection is getting continuously disconnecting so is there any fix or any webpage is available for verifying the net fluctuations in customer place and told them exact problem else tell me how to see the net ping connection is working fine or not .
please help me like reason ,how to verify and how to fix it.

Someone pointed a site out to me just last night.

Two geographically distributed (US based) servers ping your IP address(es) once every 10 minutes and keep records .. Get ping and packet loss graphs, to receive weekly email reports of your visible downtime, download historical data to your PC for analysis. Get third-party confirmation of outages!

I read your request to mean:

• the customer reports their internet connection is just fine
• and yet when you attempt a Remote Desktop connection, you get dropped frequently

Can we clarify the issue needing assistance?
