Is this a good build?

Is this a good pc for playing battlefield 4, star wars batllefront 2, black ops 3, fifa 16 and fallout 4. I want to play these games at medium to ultra settings and around 60 or more fps. I'm a complete noob in the world of gaming PCs and this might be my first build. I don't want to spend any more money than this.

At least you need better PSU. Other parts are OK if budget is very tight. I recommend to save some money to get parts with much better price/quality ratio.

I changed it up a little. My budget is 700 euros including everything (except a ssd, it will come later). Do you have any recommendations?

Much better. If 1866 MHz memory is about 5 € (or less) more expensive, that it because processor can handle 1866 memory without overclocking. PSU is medium quality but acceptable. Nothing serious there.

Monitor is expensive. Should be at most €30,00.
