Is this thing a real 6600GT for the AGP?

The number in the title (PVT43AND) sort of deter me, its not a varient of the product, is it?

Also, XFX is a better quality company, right?

Yes it's a real 6600gt, they come in agp and pci-e.
That said, xfx isn't the best mfg.
