    hello

    i cant install itunes, i have had it before but i took it off yesterday then i cant reinstall it today, dont know why, i got message below.... anyone know about this? would it help if i uninstall firefox?

    please help

    I think you should close Firefox, if you had opened it.

    make sure you attempt install from an admin account; this looks like an attempt
    from a LUA account.

    if not, search for TAKE OWNERSHIP

    thanks, i have this worked out, installed itunes but now it doesnt play smoothly, anyone knows why?
