iTunes screwed my video drivers

I was installing Itunes 8 from a disc, and it wanted to delete my nvidia drivers, and I don't know much, but I figured what the hell, it must have a reason, and than it wanted me to restart my computer, well, now it won't load up in safe mode even, I get to the express recovery, and all, and it won't load with safe, networking, and I went into the bios and tried booting the driver from a cd, that didn't work, so what the heck can I do about it?

You may have Virus Malware infection
Normally I'd say go here:

But in your case have a look at downloading and scanning with: UBCD
You can even use that bootCd to backup your data
