Not quite worthy of classifying it as a penalty is it?

A slap on the wrist to pacify both parties, while the consumer is the one getting shafted. But yet the consumer doesn't seem to mind or they wouldn't have made the billion to split between them.

Amazon wanted to charge $9.99 for the books. Publishers wanted more, and worked out a deal with Apple to fix the price up to $14.99. And the publishers stopped selling book to Amazon and went with Apple exclusive. Sounds like a price fixing agreement to me.

I sincerely doubt you'd be able to get one to pry his head out of his a** long enough to ask him about it.

Busted once means every bit of dirty laundry that Apple has commited is going to come to light. I cant wait for the media circus!!! Now that Apple has been shown to actually be flawed, ppl will start ratting Apple out so fast! It will be glorious!!!
When Apple is finally shown to be the "Dastardly Villian" that they have been accused of, will we see the fanboys come back to reality??

"There is only one true path, my faith is strong!"

Sadly though the same can be said for all sides of the fence.
