I've been looking to buy a new laptop and I think I've decided on the dv9500t series one. My question is if I buy it from hp.com how much junk software will HP load on it?
  2. i'm honestly not sure. but if you're that worried, why are you buying from their site in the first place? there is no doubt in my mind you could probably find the exact same laptop without the crap on another website and likely for cheaper.

have you surfed newegg.com or tigerdirect.com?

they have a metric ton of laptops, desktops...if it's electronic, they probably have it.

i avoid ordering through any company website. i'd prefer to build it myself so i know it's quality.

NX6125 came with this stuff back in 2005, so I'd imagine the new models include newer versions of these or similar applications.
