louks03, you have several encryption, authentication and security protocols that were installed in 2003. That may be when you got the system. It is likely they haven't been updated or may not now be compatible with other programs on the computer. It is also possible that you might not even know these protocols are on the system. There are also some restrictions in place that you might not be aware of.

Additionally, the HijackThis log does not look complete. You are going to need help resolving this. TechSpot is temporarily short of trained malware helpers, so I suggest you go to this SITE, Bring these current logs and leave them there, along with a description of the problems you're having.

The 16 bit DOS error is most likely due to an incompatibility-and-you do have malware.

Bobbye you fool, how would I know if its truly a malware problem or just an error.
