Kenel32.dll was blocked by ms-antispyware, how to release ?

    Hello everyone,
    I have a problem with Microsoft Antispyware. I installed successfully the MS antispyware, and then occured a window ask me to Allow or Block the kenel32.dll. I did blocked it ! After restart, my computer could not show icons on the screen. I am using Windows XP SP1. So please kindly help me slove this problem. I want to show the icons as normally. Tell me how to release in this case.

    Are you sure it is the proper kernel32.dll & not some trojan/virus in disguise ? Odd that MS Spyware would try to block components built into the XP OS, or maybe...
