Keyboard an Mouse goin scatty!!

A peculiar(sorry, i suck at spelling ) thing has been happening to my com.

RIght i recently got a new keyboardf, a light up one. All wos fine until one day i tried to miminize a game an it wosnt for happening, when i finally got it down it wos goin weird, on msn for example. When i hit enter it went to a new line, when i tryed to type a key it would open up msn plus search, or bring up weird symbols. I thought mibe shift wos stuck in or summit but it wosnt.

After a restart it went away an everything wos fine....till teh next day lol
My taskbar wos all messed up, c i have a skin on it, but it wosnt shoing, and again the keys werent doing wot they were ment to. An even when i got it goin for a while the left CTRL wouldnt work. An afer a while the keyboard would conk out again (i even thought the com wos acting weird)

I tried teh same keyboard on anotehr com and no problems

I put my old keyboard back in an im not getting ne problems with the keyboard nemore, but now my mouse has arsed up lol Sometimes it sticks (whichs is annoyin during fps games) an lately its been cutting off completely, needs a restart to fix itself

I dont know wot brought this on, but id liek to kno how 2 fix it, ne ideas chaps?

well its evolved lol i changed over the keyboard an its fine now, except for teh mouse which has recently got really bad. Every so often (like 10 mins) if freezes, tis not teh computer cause everything still go's, start menu, wmp, etc. its just the mouse. And 7 times outta 10 it beeps before it starts goin again.

The mouse is a optical one. Theres nothing peculiar happening with the light under it, still flashes as normal. the way teh mouse has went into the computer (always) is through a USB to PS2 converter. I tried it through USB but didnt help

Do you have drivers installed? Did you try uninstalling the mouse/key, and reinstalling them?

na i dont have any drivers installed as far as i know, besides the ones that basically comewith windows. ill give it a try m8

nope still didnt work (sorry im late in replying) its not as bad as it was before but tis still rpetty bad, ne ideas?

(dont suppose it could be a mobo fault?)
