I have a logitech keyboard (PS2 Connector). When I am playing games it briefly locks up. I looked to see if sticky keys or anything like that was on , but they are all turned off. Someone told me that some keyboards lock up if you push so many within the group at one time. My motherboard beeps whenever it freezes too , but it only locks up for about 4 seconds about every 10 or 15 minutes.

it's a logitech keyboard (ps2) it's hooked up to my computer...

Specs:

Nvidia 680i SE Motherboard
P4 3.0 GHz HT
3 Gigs of Ram

This is not true at all... Have you tried another keyboard?

yes, I've tried another keyboard. My computer will beep then it freezes on the last key I pressed for about 5 seconds. (For example if I'm pressing "W" to move forward in game it will freeze , and I will be moving forward by itself.)

Maybe your mouse is affecting the keyboard. What kind of mouse do you use? Try another mouse

the mouse is a Logitech Mx518 gaming mouse , but it's in a USB slot , and the keyboard is in the PS2 slot. It might just be the ps2 slot , and I'll just buy a PS2 to USB adapter.
