Recently I bought a Codegen slim multi-media keyboard and after playing a video game I noticed that 2 keys are not functioning. Is there anything I can do?

    Which two keys aren`t working?

Have you installed the keyboard software?

I'm typing this using my old keyboard. The two keys that are not working are th Q and W keys. I have this Codegen Slim Mulit-media keyboard so any help is appreciated. BTW where do I get the driver/software from?

The only reason I asked about software, was just in case it was one of the media keys that needs software installing.

Now I know which keys aren`t working, I deffinitely think the keyboard is faulty.

Take it back, and get a replacement.
