L keep getting webpage not availible messages

  1. I keep getting internet errors messages like
    This webpage is not available

    The connection to was interrupted.
    Here are some suggestions:

    • Reload this webpage later.
    • Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
    • Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
    • If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu >Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.

    Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

    other will be ,for instance I am surfing ebay looking at items ,it will say page not availible.this appears to be random. after clicking on I a couple of times ,it will usually come up.
    Not sure if I have a virus or what.
    I have run my avast,malwa bytes,security check,tfc,jrt
    please help

    Some of my pages are loading incomplete,my home page for instance has pictures missing,my email page usually has ads,they do not load

    You've been to this forum before so you should know what we need here...

    Please, complete all steps listed here:
    Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
    Attached logs won't be reviewed.

    Please, observe following rules:
    • Read all of my instructions very carefully. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer.
    • If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.

    • Never run more than one scan at a time.
    • Keep updating me regarding your computer behavior, good, or bad.
    • The cleaning process, once started, has to be completed. Even if your computer appears to act better, it may still be infected. Once the computer is totally clean, I'll certainly let you know.
    • If you leave the topic without explanation in the middle of a cleaning process, you may not be eligible to receive any more help in malware removal forum.
