I did a fresh install of 2k w/sp3 with only the PCI video card (Trident 9685) on a Pavilion 8240 box with onboard video that can only be disabled in Device Manager (no jumper or bios setting) and I still get a 'not enough resourses' message in Device Manager. I think it is a driver issue, but looking for ideas.
