Language of window Xp sp-2

can i use the multiple language at one time in window xp service pack 2 it show the icon on the bar i just click on it and change the language. from where i do that.

control panel>Regional and language settings> languages tab

check the boxes for whatever languages you need to use if not already checked.

click the details button to access more functions, including the advance tab where you uncheck "Turn off advanced text services" to get the language bar back (i think..)
