Legend USB flash problems

Hi y'all

I am new in this forum and couldnt find the answer to my prob. Iam using Win XP and after plugging the USB stick, the computer recognise it and install the driver. It appears on My Computer but cant access it giving the messsage "Please insert a disk in drive E:". What could be the prob?

go to disk management, and try add a new drive. If a new letter pops up it might be your drive. Sometimes Windows has to be coaxed.
Never hot swap flash drives either. Stop them before removing them.
If all else fails try the flash drive recovery in the FAQs.

'tis unreadable but has never been used
