Lenovo x200t blue screen of death

Hi,

I am newbie in this forum. However I have a problem with my beloved modded Lenovo x200t, which is:

I get a blue screen of death with message either KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR or KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR

My system is running Windows 7 Ultimate and got an upgrade with a cheap 4 GB Ram and a cheap 1 TB HDD. However I don't wanna exchange all parts, I just wanna narrow this problem down and hopefully solve it.

Ok, sorry I haven't checked the Read this before posting:
So far I have run a complete checkdisk, next I will run the memtest. I post further when finished.

There is a more efficient way of posting minidumps. Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here after you have run Memtest86 version 5.01 and remember no errors are allowed:
