I'm now able to access my administrator accounts, but I can't find a working link - not even on google - to the SuperAntiSpyware program suggested in Step #5 in Julio's guide. Could my browser be blocking access to SuperAntiSpyware? I'm getting a "Problem loading page" when I click on the first few links on Google. I would like to delete my post requesting help with the Administrator Account, and if at all possible, some advice around my inability to access the SuperAntiSpyware. Sorry to be such a bother! Thanks.
