linksys WRT54G wireless router with mixed MS OS

I am having problems conntecting my network to the wireless router. I am not using the "wireless" aspect of the router at this time, but have connected directly to the router via the available ports provided. Do I have to install the drivers for the router to all the devices for the router? The initial machine that was connected to the router runs on Windows 2000 Server. There are other machines running Windows 2000 Server and also Windows 98. Please, any info would be greatly appreciated.

The machines running Windows 2000 Server do not actually act as servers. The network is currently setup as a peer to peer network.

Only thing you have to install is the network drivers for the network card on the specific computer. Anything that is on the network does not need any drivers.

What do you want to achieve with your computers anyway? Shared internet access? Reading the router manual will help you with that.
