I have a Dell Inspirion 1300 which out of the blue starting getting the message "Loading PBR Descriptor - 2-- Done" at startup... The screen goes black and nothing else happens. I have tried all of the recommened Dell fixes and the prob is still there.
When I try to boot from the Dell System Resoration CD, I get the familar "Setup is inspecting your configuration. The screen goes blank and nothing else happens.
